Day 2 - Lyon, France - Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse
Paul Bocuse is a very well-known chef from Lyon. He runs one of the few Michelin three-starred restaurants in France outside of town, and is known as the ambassador of modern French cuisine. This morning, we visited a most gorgeous food hall named in his honor. If I lived here, I would be a regular visitor.

Awesomeness! The closest thing ive ever been to is the Pike Place Market in Seattle. What a fun treat!
