Boedecker Cellars
Husband and wife winemakers, Stewart Boedecker and Athena Pappas, founded Boedecker Cellars in 2003. According to them, "our focus is quality, our love is the elegant, food friendly Oregon Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, grown by the finest vineyards in the Willamette Valley." With unusually impeccable timing, I stopped by their Portland winery this past weekend on the first day of harvest. What fun!
