It's a New Year!

I have been so remiss about blogging lately.  It seems like December skated by on an ice-covered holiday pond, and then it was gone.  I did quite a few photo shoots during the month for Christmas cards, which kept me quite busy.

During the month of December, I lost two very dear friends...both good young men with so much left to do with their lives:  Johnny Price and Chris Renderman. They had really only started to live; one was 22 and one was 32.  I can't even pretend to understand why this happened, and only now am I starting to feel a little less sad.  They say time heals, although I'll never forget either of these two shining stars.

So please forgive me for stepping back for a bit.  Here are a few of my favorites photographs I took in December.  I'm getting back in the swing of things now, selling more of my photo note cards, and getting ready to start scheduling photo shoots again.  I already have two weddings to do in 2011.

Wishing all of my readers the very best of health and happiness in 2011.
