The Surgeon's House

I am in love with the Surgeon's House Bed & Breakfast in Jerome, Arizona. If you ever have the opportunity to go there, take it and run!  You'll not get better service or more comfortable surroundings anywhere.  I just returned from spending three nights, and  I only wish I could have stayed longer. I try to visit at least three times a year; it's a kind of haven for me.  Here are some of my photographs, taken over several trips at different times of the year. See what I mean?

Christy Fisher Studio

Christy Fisher is a designer who lives in Jerome, Arizona. During my visit last week, I stopped by both her Magpie store in Jerome, and her exquisite new space in old town Cottonwood. So much cool stuff! Don't you agree? Not only is the clothing comfortable, but there are great accessories (LOVE the arm warmers!) and jewelry. Next time you're in town, take a look!

 I even got to meet Moxie, but she was taking a nap, tired from her recent excursion!

Jerome, Arizona

I'm spending four days in Jerome, a tiny little town in northern Arizona where I go to recharge. The weather has been perfect, I'm feeling very happy, and my camera has been clicking. Life is good. If only I could stay here...
