Whitefish - Day Three

We started the day by perking up the Whitefish economy with a bit of shopping. The Montana Shirt Co. had all kinds of wonderful things, and the customer service was super!

We next hit up the downtown area of Whitefish, and as we got out of our car, there was a tremendous amount of honking...coming down the street were four school buses full of just-graduated seniors!

By the time we finished shopping and having lunch at the local creperie, it was time to head back home, where Tony and Dad were waiting for us. I had always wanted to drive up to Polebridge for dinner; it took a bit of time to get there, as a good part of the way is dirt road.  Known for its bakery (and huckleberry bear claws) and restaurant/bar, it's off the cell service, no wireless. Solar panels and a diesel generator power Polebridge. The weather was perfect, and we sat at a picnic table and had a good meal.

  1. I'm so glad you enjoyed the visit to our store today. I hope you love your new shirts!

    1. Thank you, Nikki! We will be stopping by AGAIN on Monday...need to make a quick swap out on one of the tees.

  2. CoCo is fine. The rain has finally moved on. I think CoCo might work on her belly tan today. Balch Springs Willie

  3. Please make sure you put sunscreen on her! ;-)
