Bridal Portraits - Day One

I love photographing weddings...especially the bridal portraits.  Here are some of my favorites from Day One of shooting out in Greenville, Texas.  Thanks, Krista, for being such a beautiful western bride, and thanks, Betsy, for letting us use your ranch!

The little leather purse that Krista is holding belonged to her great-great-grandmother, Lucy Spann.  Lucy Spann's father gave it to her for her fifth birthday, which we believe makes it circa 1894.  It's a beautiful piece, complete with blue glass beading and a silk drawstring cord.
