France Day Eleven

Today we walked and walked and walked. We had blue skies for most of the day, and while it was still a little warmer than I'd hoped for, the weather was good. We headed across the Seine in the direction of the Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. We sat outside at a cafe and had breakfast...a great place for people watching! Nancy and I window shopped, and bought a few things, too. Here are a few photos from the day. It's late, and we'tr heading out early tomorrow morning on a champagne tour, so I'll add more tomorrow night.  As always, thanks for coming along!

France Day Ten

Today we visited the ham and antique fair in Chatou, a small town about thirty minutes west of Paris.The fair is held twice a year, and this was my second visit. My friend, Geni (who is a Bama girl who lives here), met us, and we enjoyed the people and dog watching, the ham, and all of the interesting things for sale!
